ADULT VETS RUGBY TOURS
Vets rugby is for players over 35 who still want a game and a trip worth taking. We arrange tours with rugby played at the right pace, a better class of hotel, and room for partners who would rather watch.
How vets rugby works
Vets rugby usually grades players by age, and the grade is worn on the shorts. The colours vary, but the idea is the same: the older the grade, the more protected the player, with limits on contact for the oldest grades. We agree the rules with your opposition and send them to you before you book.
Partners welcome
Plenty of vets tours are as much a holiday as a rugby trip. Partners travel on the same booking, and we can add days out, tours and meals that have nothing to do with rugby.
Better hotels
We book comfortable, central hotels with proper beds, not a hostel near the ground. Tell us the standard you want and we price to it.
TAILOR-MADE
Tell us where you want to go — we'll build it
Nothing listed that suits? We arrange tours to order: pick the city and the dates, and we find the fixtures, the beds and the weekend around them.

FREQUENTLY ASKED
What age is vets rugby?
Usually over 35, with older grades above that. Age bands vary from side to side, and we check them with your opposition before you book.
What do the coloured shorts mean?
In a lot of vets rugby the colour of your shorts shows your age grade, so opponents know how to play against you. Colours and contact rules vary, and we confirm them before the game.
Can partners come on tour?
Yes. Partners book on the same link, pay their own share and can join the days out we arrange.
Can you find us vets opposition?
Yes. We arrange fixtures against local vets sides at a destination you choose, played at the pace you want.
