WOMEN'S RUGBY TOURS FOR ADULT AND UNIVERSITY TEAMS
Rugby tours for adult women's teams: women's and ladies' club sides, university women's squads, vets and masters, and touch. We look for a fixture against a women's side at your standard, arrange the travel and the beds, and every player pays their own share.
PLAN THE WOMEN'S TOUREVERY KIND OF WOMEN'S SQUAD
Who our women's rugby tours are for
Our team has been taking adult sides on tour for years, women's teams among them. If your squad wants a game, a trip and a weekend together, tell us who is travelling and how you play, and we build the tour around the team.

MATCHED TO YOUR STANDARD
Fixtures against women's teams
Every tour is built around a game. Tell us how the squad plays and we look for a women's side that plays the same way, through our register of host clubs at home and abroad.
Host clubs join the register because they enjoy welcoming touring teams, and they tell us which of their sides can host, women's teams included. When a women's squad is travelling near one of them, they are the first number we ring.
Women's fixtures can take more finding, so we put the work in early. If a date or a standard is hard to match, we tell you before you book and suggest another date or a nearby club, rather than leave it to the week of the tour.
SOCIAL OR COMPETITIVE
A friendly game against a welcoming club or a proper contest against a side at your level. You tell us which.
CONTACT OR TOUCH
Full contact for your fifteen, or touch for a touch team. We match the game to the squad you are bringing.
MORE THAN ONE GAME
On a longer trip we can look for a second fixture, spaced so the squad recovers in between.
READY TO BOOK, OR BUILT TO ORDER
Women's rugby tour weekends and destinations
Our adult tour weekends suit women's squads as they stand: two nights in the middle of a great rugby city, and we look for a fixture against a women's side matched to your standard. Each is priced per player.
Or pick any destination you want and we build the trip there: a spring weekend in Benidorm, a long weekend in Amsterdam, Dublin or Edinburgh on dates that suit the squad, or the city your club has talked about for years. We look for the opposition, book the beds and plan the days around the game.
Every adult tour weekend →YOUR WAY OR OURS
Getting there
Make your own way and meet the squad there, or let us arrange the travel from your clubhouse door.
A coach from home
A coach from the clubhouse to the hotel, to the ground for the fixture and home again on the last day. The easiest way to move a squad and its kit bags.
The ferry
For Ireland and the rest of Europe we book the crossing to go with the coach, so the squad travels together from start to finish.
Airport pickups
If the squad flies, you book the seats and we meet you at the airport, then take everyone straight to the hotel.
Every transfer
Hotel to the ground, the ground back to the hotel, and out to the coach or the airport on the last day. Nobody has to work out how to move a squad across a strange city.
OFF THE ORGANISER
Paying for the tour
Nobody has to front the money for the whole squad. Your quote becomes one share link for the team chat, and every player books and pays their own share through the Revel Clubhouse.
ONE SHARE LINK
A deposit per player secures the trip, and instalments spread the rest up to the balance date. There is financial protection on every booking.
THE ORGANISER'S DASHBOARD
The captain or tour organiser sees who has booked and who has paid from one dashboard, so nobody keeps a spreadsheet of who owes what.
UNIVERSITY CLUBS
Students' unions usually ask for financial protection, a clear payment route and insurance. Your students' union can have our insurance certificate on request, and we can invoice the club or the SU instead.

THE THIRD HALF
The social side
A tour is as much about the squad as the scoreline. After the game comes the third half with your hosts, then an evening together in town.
We book somewhere central so the squad stays together, and plan the evenings around the rugby: a table for the team meal, the bars and restaurants that welcome touring sides, and something quieter for anyone who wants it.
Add a stadium visit, a boat trip or a gentle day out the morning after, and everyone comes home with the same stories. The rugby still comes first.
